Last month more than one in five job posts on LinkedIn were for remote (8.4%) or hybrid (13.5%) work, according to new data shared with Sherwood by LinkedIn as part of their ongoing State of the Labor Market reports. That percentage has been relatively stable since November 2023 (flexible jobs peaked at one in four jobs from October 2022-March 2023). Meanwhile, remote postings received 42% of all applications, with hybrid picking up 19.5% of interested applicants.
