After more than a year and a half, Ford is increasing its RTO policy by one day
Return to office policies are officially still in flux, folks. Ford, which has had a three-day RTO mandate since February 2024, will order employees back to the office for four days beginning in September.
That’s right: a whole extra day of good old high-level, value-adding, in-person collaboration. Just imagine the possibilities.
